Homeopathy Workshops

Learn to treat yourself and your family for minor ailments!

Your child comes down with chicken pox … you have motion sickness driving to the cottage…your husband has a hangover…your sister gets food poisoning … whatever the case may be, wouldn’t it be nice to handle these minor health issues with a natural remedy that you have on hand?

Treating yourself or your family at home with homeopathic remedies is an economical, natural and effective way to address minor health problems.

Heather Osler provides training sessions on how to prescribe for yourself or others in acute situations. Along with the training, you have the opportunity to purchase a homeopathic “first aid kit”: a handy collection of the most commonly needed remedies for at-home prescribing.

There are also several home care books available, that guide you through which homeopathic remedies to use in which situations.

Usually you will see an improvement quickly.

However, if you find you are not getting the desired results, it is an indication that you should consult a professional. Either the remedy you have chosen is not the correct one, or the condition is actually a deeper health problem and needs to be addressed by a qualified homeopath.
